The Educational Leadership program provides students with hands-on experience working alongside teachers, office staff, and school administrators while developing the professional skills needed for success in education, business, and public service careers.

Students serve as educational assistants and office support personnel, gaining real-world experience in communication, organization, professionalism, and workplace responsibility. Through practical application and supervised work experiences, students learn how schools operate while building valuable career and employability skills.

This program is ideal for students interested in careers in education, administration, human services, business operations, or public service.
