Free Application for Federal Student Aid

Applying for federal student aid is a local graduation requirement for North Beach High School seniors.  Students and parents must have their own FSA ID to complete the application. 

Creating the FSA requires your:

  • legal name,
  • birthdate,
  • social security number,
  • personal email address and/or a cell phone number. 

Once your ID is created, there is a 3-5 day waiting period for your information to be verified before you can complete the rest of the application process.

ASVAB Test Practice

The ASVAB is offered to high school and post-secondary students as part of the ASVAB Career Exploration Program.

The program provides tools to help students learn more about career exploration and planning, in both the civilian and military worlds of work. The ASVAB Career Exploration Program is free of charge to participating schools.

The ASVAB test can also be used as your Personal Pathway option, required by Washington State Board of Education for graduation.

Khan Academy Practice for SAT or PSAT

The PSAT (Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) is a practice test for the SAT, taken by many 10th and 11th graders

The SAT is a college entrance exam used for admissions and scholarships. While both test math, reading, and writing skills, the PSAT is designed to prepare students for the SAT and also serves as a qualifying test for National Merit Scholarships.
